Cinnamon Bark Extract 10:1: 100 mg per capsule. Small studies have looked at cinnamon and blood sugar, with mixed results.
Good To Know
Cinnamon may lower blood sugar. The common cassia type contains coumarin, which matters for the liver and for blood thinners.
